Outside of work, Justin is a dog dad, gym enthusiast, musician, and classic car aficionado. You’ll often find him lifting weights, playing guitar, writing music, or grilling something mouthwatering in the backyard. He and his wife love hiking the scenic trails of San Diego with their two dogs and are always on the hunt for the city’s best sushi — feel free to send recommendations his way.

While Trina doesn’t hold a formal college degree, she proudly credits the “school of hard knocks” for her education. Her resilience, adaptability, and resourcefulness have shaped her into a strong leader with a hands-on understanding of both people and process.
